Best video recordin settings

Dear All,
What is the best video recording settings for the S21 Ultra. Obviously, I don't want to use the 8K as it will quickly eat up the storage. Generally I shoot landscapes or babies. Is 1080/ 30fps good enough or 4K / 60fps is recommended.
Also, I noticed that the low light video quality is not that great on the S21 Ultra compared to my previous S20+

Here's what you need to do. shoot some 1080p30 video, shoot some 4K60 video and then watch them both back on a 4K TV or high resolution monitor and decide for yourself.
