Best video settings for Tivo Stream 4K on an RCA 4k TV?

so, in your professional opinion, does it look like I can go ahead and pick up a fire stick 4k and move the tivo back to my bedroom tv where it actually ran very well?

LOL, I am in no way a professional at this -- just an enthusiast like you. But since the TV states it supports HDCP 2.2, one would expect the Tivo device to work correctly. But as we discussed before, just because the specs seem compatible doesn't always mean everything will work correctly, if the firmware or hardware is glitchy (either with the TV or the Tivo device).

ok, two days of owning the new fire stick 4k and I can say with complete 100% certainty...it WAS the tivo having the problem.

I plugged in the fire stick, set it up, watched several movies on the prime video app...PERFECT 60 hz 4k. FLAWLESS 4k.

so I yanked the tivo and put it back on my bedroom samsung tv, where it will serve as a perfectly serviceable 1080p 60hz device(where it previously had served flawlessly).

I surrendered and bought another device is what I did. probably shoulda done that from the word go.
