Best VOB editor?

Looking for a good/decent VOB editor for Windows. On a weekly basis, I have to edit a 1 hour video clip into a 30 minute video and then convert it to a format that can be used online. I currently use MPEG Streamclip for this purpose, but the process is slow and cumbersome. Some of that I'm sure has to do with the file sizes (2GB+) and the age of my computer, but I was hoping there may be a better program out there.
