Best way to over clock my epic touch 4g

What is the best way to over clock my phone. I'm using setcpu but I don't truth think I'm using it correctly. Could someone give me some advice on how to use it. Thank u.

First of all, you'll need a custom overclockable kernel. You won't be able to with a stock kernel.

I actually underclock to save battery on cm9. I don't "feel" it any slower, and my battery will last about 20 hours on a single charge.

You can flash one of Agat's or Rujelus's BluKuban TW-based ICS kernels. I've used them both and was able to overclock to 1600mhz, using rom toolbox free version

Those are compatable with ics 4.0.4 and where do i.find them to.download
