I use CompanionLink. I've tried a couple options. This one worked for me the best.

I use gsyncit and it has worked flawlessly. I use it to synch between three desktops, two laptops, my Galaxy S3 phont and my Galaxy Note 10.1 Everything works great.

I use Google Calendar Sync for my desktop to sync my outlook and google calendar. Then I just have Google calendar on tablet. That way everything runs through google.
You can find the google calender sync download at Cnet still. Google has removed it.

Beware gSyncit. It seems to work, but the evaluation copy loaded a boatload of spyware, adware and similar crapware onto my laptop.

I need to sychronize Calendar and Contacts between my lap top based Outlook and my phone. Part of my problem is that the company is not allowing to install anything on my Laptop and I can not allow the synch data to go beyoned company fire wall. Is there and application that can do that?

For meetings I just forward the meeting notice. Down side is the sender gets alerted and your account gets added to the meeting.
