best way to transfer a few apps contents from old iphone4s to N8

Actually, I may only have the contents of my iphone4s Notes and maybe safari bookmarks to transfer to the N8?
What is simplest way?
Can you use the SmartSwitch via wifi (if you can download SmartSwitch to old iphone 4s)? Or other way?

The SmartSwitch for PC/Mac can actually restore from iTunes backups but I haven't tried it(never had iPhones).

Not sure if SmartSwitch app is available for a 4S, though. Not sure if the cable transfer works for 4S but you can try it. Get the connector to a PC, then connect the Note 8 on the USB end using the included USB to USB C adapter then run SmartSwitch on the Note 8
