Best weather app?

I've used Beautiful Widgets for many years. I like how customizable it is. Aside from the on screen app info, you can set each area of the widget to open different apps when touched.

Do the windshield wipers still come up when it rains? I used BW from way back before they revamped the whole app. I use to be able to download hundreds of different widgets for the clock and the weather and liked the original better.

WeatherUnderground. I was afraid once Weather.com bought them, that it would fail. But it hasn't. Same products and excellent weather reporting. I've been with them since they were just plain text.

Their latest app, Storm, is great.

I also use Pro Weather Alert. You can set it to alert you to a wide range of weather alerts anywhere. And you can fine tune what you want to be notified no matter what and what you really don't want to be bothered with.

I use Transparent Clock & Weather for my home page, and Accuweather for my go to weather app. That Minutecast is so accurate for me. I might try NOAA after reading some of the comments above.

I use weatherbug for basic information regarding conditions (uses a station .5 mile from the house) and PYKL3 for radar needs. I live in tornado country and PYKL3 has been excellent to meet my radar needs. I thought about buying radar scope but I think I get the same functionality with PYKL3 without the paying the additional $10 for that app. If anyone has tried both radar scope and pykl3 on the N8 I'd be curious their take on the pros/cons of both apps.

Transparent has some nice-looking widgets for the home page, but it doesn't seem to refresh until manually opening it. So, it shows the morning temperature when it is nighttime. I could not find on settings how to set a more frequent refresh update setting???

After reading this thread I decided to give Today Weather a try. I was concerned about battery usage but it's been okay so far. I like that they allow you to change the source of the feed. I'm currently using dark sky.

Yes they do. I have the paid version running the latest update.
