I put 7.1.1 on my 5X and have the same. As posted, current solution is to roll back. I don't use Netflix on my phone so it doesn't affect me.

May have to wait for Netflix to release an update. I don't watch Netflix on my 6P so I haven't experienced this issue on the beta

Reverted back. I use my phone for watching videos while the wife does homework. After reverting issue is resolved.
