Any site like Swappa, Ebay, FaceBook marketplace, etc you can have bad experiences on. Just have to be smart when buying from them. Make sure they have many good reviews of recent feedback. I haven't had an issue with Swappa and I've been using them for 9 years.

I agree. Good and bad experiences can happen from any marketplace. I remember buying an older Note (forget which one) about
few years ago on ebay. The seller sent the box, charger, cable and a crumpled up plastic bag in the box. SMH. It didn't take long for ebay and paypal to issue me a refund.

I had a great experience selling and buy through ebay and swappa. However, I think I'll stick with swappa from now on as they do
mainly phone transactions.

They're only willing to give me $495 for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. What a joke. Best Buy has a $900 trade in credit for the 13 Pro Max.

I have a 13 pro max, but didn't trade it. Going to keep it for now. But, I got a Pixel 3 for $70 and trading that in for the AT&T credit.

$900 is a bit low compared to selling it on Swappa though.

Anyone on Verizon with no issues on getting bill credits for 3 years they are also doing $1,000 on trade-ins I noticed phones like the 4 XL and Pixel 4a 5G included for the promotion.. that's if you're on certain unlimited plans..

Free memory upgrade is a marketing gimmick. The Note 10+ from 2019 was 256GB. I don't see how after all these years people don't need 1TB. There was no deal for 1TB

How is it a marketing gimmick? You literally have to pay more now for the same storage? Because there was no deal for 1TB and you think everyone wants 1TB? lol if that was the case, Samsung wouldn't be the only one offering it - and at a delay in availability..

I guess you don't want to share? Bad experiences are caused by the sellers not the site or owners.
