Better notifications???

I'm using Nils Floating Panel on mine and I love it. I'm using it on top of a widgetlocker lockscreen but you can use it on the stock. You can set it to work with all of your apps or exclude apps. Also, if you're coming from iPhone, you'll probably like how it can wake your phone (I still can't understand why people like this but to each his own).
