Purchased my nexus 6 on march 3rd. Unfortunately it was defective and had to deal with their horrible customer service. My phone was sent to get repaired and came back with the same issue. Called back again and they asked me to send it back and they'll send me a new phone. After waiting 2 weeks, the replacement phone had more issues than my original phone. The vibrator is defective and the power control button is broken! Called them and got the same solution. Send the damn phone back! Seriously Motorola Canada?

What do you expect them to do, keep sending you phones and not expecting the broken phone to come back?

Keep in mind, the warranty says "repair or replace" which they've done at least once for each. Sure, you shouldn't have THIS many issues but they ARE trying to make it right by the letter of the warranty. If you bought through a carrier, the carrier would swap the phone then deal with Motorola for the repair and they'd use your repaired device to swap someone else's device like they did for you.

Then that means all customer service is terrible, in your opinion, because they have you send the phone back BEFORE sending you a new one. That's actually common practice and it protects them from fraud. Although, I'm surprised Moto doesn't have an option where they put a hold on your credit card and send you a new device first with the return of the old device...
