Bicycling App

I'm looking for an application that I can use on my bike. What I'm looking for is turn by turn directions on a route that I create. I don't want point to point direction from google maps or anything. I want something (like mapmyride) where I can create a route and use my phones GPS to give me turn by turn directions. I normally wear my bluetooth headset and the phone is in my pocket so it would need to work with the screen turned off. I map routes and can't remember all the streets sometimes so just a reminder would be nice

Anything like this exist?
