Crap... I just bought one on Monday... I did get it for $100 off with a free pair of headphones (that I don't need). Very odd sale - buy the headphones, get $300 off, but the headphones cost $200.

Do you think Moto would honor this sale price if I call them and ask (I'd be more than happy to send back my headphones for another $125 off) - my wife does this all the time at retail stores?

In the past they have insisted that the only way to get the new price is to return your current phone (assuming its within the return policy) and order a new one. But depends on which rep you talk to I bet.

This is what happened (must buy a new phone at the new price). Even escalated to some kind of specialist. They said you really only have 1 hr to cancel. They must have got a decent number of orders because the phone I ordered on Monday has already shipped, while the phone I ordered yesterday has not yet progressed past "we got your order".
