Big problem with booting

Hey guys,

here's my story:

Two days ago I bought a HTC Evo 3D at a local store. Yesterday I just rooted my phone and flashed
LeeDroid ROM. It worked fine, but there was a problem with the wifi-connection (I couldn't turn it on).
So, after a few reboots, I decided to look for another ROM. After some research I found a ROM with ICS
for my Evo 3D. But after I flashed it with the ROM Manager the phone didn't really boot. Just the HTC screen appears. Then I looked for the official ROM of my phone. I found two different ones, but when I boot into the Hboot "menu" it searches for the image, loads it and just shows parsing image. Then I'm back in the menu and nothing happens. By the way: I have already Clockworkmod recovery installed and I also can start it, but when I choose for example "reboot now" or anything else, nothing happens. I can only hit the power button again and I'm back in the menu.

So my question: Can anybody please help me, f.e. with a working ROM or anything else?

Please!

you need to flash the boot img for the rom
here is a tool that will do iy for you.exract this zip to your desktop, on your pc open the roms zip find the boot.img copy it into the folder on your desktop and run the tool ...flashtool1.0.bat you need to have your phone pluged in to your pc

CleanFLASH 1.0 - Downloads - Scott's ROMS

When I do this the command line says:

Code:
CleanFLASH 1.0 For the HTC Rezound
www.scottsroms.com

Here we go....
Make sure boot.img is in this folder

error: device not found
sending 'boot' (3604 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.894s]
writing 'boot'...
(bootloader) signature checking...

Is there anything else I have to do now?

I mean what files I have to put on my phone now, because just like this it won't boot up.

And for hboot scanning when you enter hboot you must have a file named PC36IMG you need to rename it or delete it off the sdcard

I've just chosen a ROM that worked fine earlier. I'm gonna write again later if it works.
Thanks for your help!
