Bill credit with Verizon?

Has anyone gotten their $75 bill credit yet for Verizon after switching to the S7/S7 Edge? I got mine through Best Buy, and haven't gotten a bill credit yet. Any insight?

I have been waiting and waiting for my credit to appear on my account. I've called Best Buy twice and Verizon even called Best Buy for me. They keep saying they issued the credit but I still have nothing. It has been days, close to two weeks. I am starting to get really ticked off.

I thought this was 1-2 billing cycles. So your going to have to wait. Probably want to be sure you actually stayed with another Samsung phone. Otherwise, people could get the credit, and within the 14 days go ahead and dump it for an iphone/v20/ or pixel.

Yes they told me it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to show up on the account. I want to know what happened to the first 2 payments that I made, as a matter of fact, I need to call Verizon now.....

Tmobile is giving me a $100 credit but said can take up to 2-3 billing cycles. 1 billing cycle has passed

This is the Samsung credit? I was told it would be automatic but take 1-2 billing cycles.

I will get my credit when my phone appears upgraded. I am on a loaner until my 64 gig Note 5 arrives. No charges on using the 32 gig Note5 phone either. More than fair on Verizon.
