bionic doesnt wake up after being alseep

Hi,
Ive had my bionic a few days now and it seems that today, this morning after it goes to sleep, it doesnt turn back on unless I remove the battery and reset it?
Also last night it was randomly vibrating..sound like this device has some issues..

im well within my 14 return/exchange period..should I exchange it?

I didnt try a hard reset but it just started happening and nothing changed for me to say, oh it could be that software I loaded..

any ideas?

so this sounds like it is a software issue and only on some phones, not all..seems to be a hit or a miss..
