Bionic to Nexus?

Sticking with my Bionic. Although I hope some friends/family pick up the nexus, would love to see it in action and compare devices.

Not going to jump. Love my Bionic and haven't had any of the issues that some others have had. The little quirks mine does have look like they will be fixed in the update. Besides the Nexus is a Samsung phone-killer display, maybe a better camera but I have never been impressed with Samsung phones overall. I figure there is always going to be newer and better phones in the pipeline so if I like what I just got, why jump? :)

Just a thought, but what about the DROID HD/Spyder/RAZR? Bionic in a slimmer package.... Assuming they both come out by the end of the year, my choice is between this and the Prime. The Bionic is a monster, but was just released too late.

I thought the Bionic was okay. I kept it for a little over a week. I was concerned that the bugs would not be addressed within the 14 day trial period, and I wanted to keep my last NE2. It was ridiculously fast. I could not bog it down.

Went back to the D1, but it has a blown earpiece speaker and faulty power button. I bought a DX off eBay for 179.99. Works great. SBF'd 602 and rooted it before I activated it. This will hold me until the Nexus drops, and if I don't like the Nexus, it will hold me longer.

I am stoked to be using Wiimote to play NES ROMs on my phone again. Really missed Mike Tyson's Punch Out that week and a half I had the Bionic :-D

Gonna get it, I have another line with an upgrade so I'll see if I can use that on mine and give my Bionic to my father.

But still don't know much about how to use the other upgrade onto mine 100%

I didnt think VZW allowed you to do this? Unless you just straight up swap phones/numbers.

If you can thats great! I might take my wifes upgrade and get the Nexus, she loves my Bionic too.

Can anybody verify that they allow this?

I'll consider the Nexus if the battery life is decent (have another line that I can upgrade). My last Samsung Droid Charge had the worst battery life of any smartphone I had ever owned, although I miss the screen dearly. Loving the battery life on my Bionic though... that alone I may stick with it for a while.

thats weird. 4g battery life for me has been terrible..

3g battery life has been better though..
I guess I also would like to see how it looks, how big it is, etc..

Agreed that is interesting. I dont seem to get why the bionic has to be so big if there are 4g radios that are going to be packed into the nexus or this droid razr.. just doesnt make sense..

and i prob wont use 4g much either, too much of a battery killer..

But for me its either Nexus Prime or my current Bionic..
Just seems like the Prime is going to be a biggg seller..hmm.
The little quirks of motorola are starting to annoy me. lol

I did. I may try the exchange route for the Nexus because it will be within the 90 day period, but it depends on specifics and if they have the Nexus right away.

That's the one issue. Costco shipments suck. Lol it took me a while to exchange to this Bionic.

Ha yea, I transferred my upgrade from my secondary family line and put on mine, might just speak to an online chat person to verify if I can
