Bixby disable does NOT work when "Setting" is set to "View as a standard list"

As stated, Bixby disable button does not work as intended when the "Setting" is set to "View as a standard list". When set to "View as a standard list" the bixby button behaves as such "short press" launches bixby card. Long press does not do anything.

When the "Setting" is set to " View as a simplified list", bixby button behaves as expected. Short press does nothing, long press launches bixby voice command.

BK package disabler handles all my bixby problems.
