Bixby not working at all

I haven't found bixby that great in general so hardly ever use it. Out of interest I've tried voice commands several times recently and it's failed every time saying there is a connection problem, even though Google assistant works fine. Does it work for everyone else? Or are there issues? I'm in the uk if it matters

is it updated?
There was a problem like that months ago but and update fixed it, maybe try settings and update in bixby
