Bixby Vision doesn't work

I have a Samsung Galaxy s8 and I have problems with Bixby Vision. when i open it, it says YOUR PHONE ONLY SUPPORTS TEXT AND QR CODES! and search pictures don't exist.
also text translation and QR code doesn't work.
please help me.
