black berry priv emails getting very slow

[Android Central Question]

can some one help me ???? i have black berry priv from last 1 year
and was running fine , but from last 10-15 days i am not getting emails quicker
it takes 20-30 mins some time 40 mins to download email in my blck berry hub

please help me out

Go into Settings -> Apps -> BlackBerry Hub and clear the cache (not the data!) then go into Settings -> Storage and clear the cached data. Then reboot your Priv.
