Black Screen can't do anything

i was on skype and just when the call ended my phone's screen turned black and i cant do anything. i tried holding the power button for good 1 minute nothing happened except the back and home key kept blinking.

nvm it worked when I tried soft resetting under the light. weird proximity sensor should have nothing to do with resetting the phone
