Black spot on screen my Gear S2

Do anyone can help me? I have a black spot or dot on the edge of the screen of my Samsung Gear S2. What is that? Do I have to replace the screen or what should I do?

It sounds like a dead pixel. If you can't live with it, and it's not under warranty (or if it is and Samsung won't replace it), that's what you'll have to do - have the screen replaced. (I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself.)
