blackberry keyboard on the note

I'm trying out this keyboard on my s8.its a nice keyboard but I'm having issues with how they do the auto correct. I'm so used to it being on top of the keyboard separate from the keys. I keep hitting the wrong button. The words popping up on the letters does help. I also don't like that I can't add gif from within the app. I have to close the app, search for a gif then add it . It definitely takes some getting used to.

Setting Under Prediction and Correction misspelled words are corrected when the space bar is pressed.

Well, I may be biased, but I think that BlackBerry keyboards are the most accurate. :)

Cobalt is the man. His apps are top notch. I used a few of them on my Z30.

In terms of the blackberry keyboard, it is good and certainly has its own nice features. But gboard is just as good in my opinion. As I get more accustomed to swiping on my keyboard I don't think I could even go back to flicking up on words.

It sounds like I need to download Cobalt!!!

I've tried every single one of the popular keyboards out there, and always come back to BlackBerry keyboard. It's the first thing I install on android.
Flicking the words up, swiping back to delete the last word, as well as long-press to get special characters are the main reason.
Seriously, whoever hasn't tried it is really missing out. Every time I try out another keyboard, I feel like I'm typing half as fast.
Plus it has great autocorrect and word learning algorithms.

This must be a new wrinkle they added as it was either or when I tried it.
You can't flick up from individual letters with swipe keyboard activated (for obvious reasons), but the three suggested words do appear above the keyboard in swipe mode.
