My I've blackberry Z10 phone I bought unlocked code for this but because of someone done wrong tries on it for unlocking now it's been counter blocked when I go to sim and security service and click sim card it gives message contact your service provider give message as showed in the picture now kindly tell me the solution via that I could reset the counter and could enter the unlock code to get it unlocked .
Help would be appreciated
