Blackjeans has a Question about saving music and playing music on my S4.

My Galaxy S4 came with 2 music players on it, Google Play Music, and some other Music player (has a blue ring and a blue note in it with white background). I uploaded from my computer all the music on it and play it through the second player because it equalizes all the volumes to one (for some reason, I have loud and very quiet music levels), which is a great feature missing on the Google Player. However, it stores the music in one location on my SD card, while Google music is within the Android/music folder, but also on my SD card. As such, the music in the Google music folder is not read by the Music player. I CAN copy the music manually from the Android/music folder to the other music folder, but I don't get any of the Song Title, artist, album information.

Does anyone know an easy solution? Is there a way to equalize all the music volumes on the Google Music Player? Is there an app I can download to my PC that will take that music from the GMP, keeping the info on it, so I can save it elsewhere and have useable information?

Welcome to Android Central! Downloading music directly from the Play Music app is for offline use by Play Music only, not for other apps. In order for other music apps to see those tracks, you need to download them from your Google Play Music library on your computer browser, then transfer those music files to the phone's music directory via USB.
