Not sure how best to describe this, but if you look at the attached photo along the bottom of the screen you'll notice about seven black "humps" appearing just over the black border and a larger black smudge in the lower left-hand corner. A screen shot taken with the HTC 10 did not show the smudges so I had to use another camera to take the photo. I realize that many lcd panels have issues, but would this be something that most of you would make acase for return of the phone? The only problem is I can just imagine the hassle and wait with dealing directly with HTC/Digital River. Any advice as to what you what do in my position? 20160507_222445a.jpg

Does the glass at the bottom physically move? Like its not attached all the way when you press down

I would return it myself. That is not normal. Mine is nothing like that. That would drive me nuts.

Yikes. I have some yellow tinting on mine but I think it may be a glueing issue.

Yours doesn't look good. I would take it back.

I think it is indeed a gluing issue. Sadly, I will return it. Other than that, it is a very nice phone. I hope no one else has such an issue.

Let us know if the RMA goes smoothly.

I will. It should be delivered tomorrow to their return center in Indiana. Their support page promises a refund after receipt in 5-7 business days. I'm just hoping I get my money back at this point.
