blockbuster app profile error & verizon update

Hi guys,
quesiton for anyone that uses blockbuster app, I downloaded 2 movies and attempted to download them..
it tells me, for both, "download failed no compatible profile available for download?"

Im running a rooted version of the os.. does that have something to do with it?

also I got a text message stating that there was an update..
if I apply this, it will wipe out my rooting?

The Blockbuster app has been known to not be the best when it comes to playing movies. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Its not the most reliable app. I think a lot of people are waiting for the Netflix app to be released.
