Blocked from calls and messages

My Carrier is T-Mobile and the phone is the S 20 FE and it says message blocking and no one can text or call me me. I called Tech Support they couldn't figure it out I spoke with in store today and they said it was an app that was blocking that they had it with some iphones but they weren't equipped to figure out how to do it for an android. I can't make any calls or receive text messages with confirmation codes and it's text time I need help royally . They put my SIM card into another phone that was there at the store and it's definitely my phone that is blocked.

Did you get this phone from T-Mobile, or from somewhere else?

Just my opinion. I would do a factory rest without downloading the apps you've downloaded previously. Start fresh . Or what was the last app you downloaded , remove it and see if it fixes it . Or were you playing around in the settings and clicked on something you shouldn't have. Good luck
