I just switched from sprint to Virgin Mobile, I had my number transferred to virgin mobile, I'm also a registered user of Coke Rewards, since the switch I no longer get texts from Coke Rewards, I tried reconfirming my number with Coke but I don't get the text to confirm my phone number

Can someone help ?
 
Well this I don't know I have called Coke and Virgin but no one has had a solution yet, I think it must be something like that but not sure, I think the return text or incoming from Coke must be trying to go to sprint
 
I am having problems using text messaging with short codes as well. Nobody can figure it out.
 
I would suggest to switch it to an entirely different number, e.g. A friends phone, keep it long enough to confirm registration, and then change it back to your number. This should trick the system into re-registering the carrier and number.
