Yes, i just dealt with this on Friday. You can call your service provider to block and receive instructions how to do it yourself. Good luck

I don't understand your answer. I know how to block using phone dialer native app. You are saying they can leave a message if I block them? Then if I use vzw to block they cannot leave a message?
