Blu Life One X Won't stop turning on

When my battery drains/gets low and I put it on the charger it automatically tries to boot back up, but goes through this 'optimizing app' stage and then shuts back off. Occasionally it'll show a charging screen at 0% regardless of what i started with and the process just repeats. It tries to start up, the process goes for a bit, then it shuts back off. I tried accessing the factory settings to shut it down manually but it's not responding or the screen is only flashing for a second before the phone shuts down. Because of this I try really hard not to let this phone get low on battery but what can I do to make this stop? This is the only real issue I've had with this phone but I can't sleep at night listening to my phone try to reboot every five minutes.

I'm having the exact same problem. It is not possible to do a reset when the phone never charges enough to fully turn on. This has happened before and after leaving it on charge for several hours it would make progress. This time I left it charging overnight and no changes whatsoever. Any help is greatly appreciated!
