My phone refuses to let me copy from pc and into android

Recently i was going to transfer a movie file from my pc onto my Samsung Galaxy S23 android. It has plenty of room left but the process starts up, doesn't even show time remaining then after roughly 20 or 40 seconds it closes without any error.
The movie is 4.98GB size against 15.1GB


I don't know how to get around this ?

Transferring huge files via USB can be problematic sometimes. First, make sure the phone isn't going to sleep during the transfer.

I just tested a different cable and apparently PS5 square cable can handle big files.

Apparently their cables support 20Gigabytes per second https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB_3.0#USB_3.2

It was open the whole time, still a measly 5 GB file should not be problematic at all and it was not corrupted

The only other instance i know about is a older case with windows 11 i had to format one of my USB drives to NTFS instead of FAT32 otherwise it didn't let me transfer a big image album around 27.3 GB
