Blu Product Phone Black Screen

My phone turns on and off, and vibrates, but when it goes to the lock screen, the it turns black. I can tell that there it is on, because it is flashing, but it's still a black screen. When I turn it on and off, the phone shows the opening animation and stuff, and sometimes, when I press the power button, I can see flashes of the lock screen. My phone is new, only a month old, and this hasn't happened before. I also haven't dropped it before. The model is Blu Product Studio 6.0. Please help! Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like it might be a firmware issue. Try doing a hard factory reset:
