BLU Studio Lollipop problems

I have a BLU Studio X on NET10 (AT&T 4G service) My phone recently updated to lollipop, but ever since then, I can't send or receive MMS message. I called Net10 and talked to tech support and made sure all my APN settings are correct, but I still can't send/receive MMS messages. Is this a problem or a bug with the lollipop update for my phone???

Welcome to Android Central! I know you spoke to the NET10 people about it, but just to be sure, are these the APN settings they recommended? Phone Programming | NET10. Make sure you click the "If your carrier is AT&T" tab.

I don't want to hate on a manufacturer here especially since I owned a Blu Life One X for a year before I accidentally smashed it - loved that phone (Blu has great tech support too FYI). But I bought the Blu Studio 6.0 LTE and had so many problems with it:
. Music paused playing randomly (had same problem with my Life One X before it somehow stopped)
. I had problems transferring files to and from PC
. After a while the phone couldn't charge or transfer files any more! The USB port just crapped out. The phone WAS A WEEK OLD!
I returned it. Got an Asus Zenfone 2 now. It's the same price same specs - Lollipop out the box - and its all good.

I just a similar instance happen to me. Purchased a Studio X Plus last week. Wireless update to Android 5.0, and yesterday my MMS will not send or receive. (Straighttalk sim - from my old iPhone). Spoke with Straighttalk support for about 3 hours total yesterday trying to get it working - but to no avail. Tried 4 variations of the APN - and none work for MMS. Have also done a factory reset - which wipes my data - but still leaves me at Android 5.0. Have you had any luck getting it to work, yet? I'd like to go back to Android version that was stock on the phone... but cannot find any way of doing so...

I am having the same MMS issues with the studio 6.0 hd after the lollypop update does anyone have a fix yet or will we have to wait for a update from BLU

just run the update again thats what i did for my wife phone and all is well again.

lollipop's design is not as good as kitkat's design (only on BLU studio) and i need help trying to downgrade the OS thank you!!!

dont make the mistake , stay on kit kat , believe me . I have a blu studio 5 . i upgraded to lollipop and it is the worst mistake of the year for me. The phone sticks and laggs . the wifi keeps dropping out ot sometimes it just wont connect . Im now trying to see if i can reverse this but it seems not
