'Blu Tank 2' copy contacts phone to sim?

my friend gave me a 'blu tank 2' with a broken screen and asked me if i could copy the contacts from phone to sim. is there a way to do this with ADB? if not, can someone with the same phone instruct me what buttons to click with pictures?
