BLU VIVO XL stuck in boot loop, how can I get it out of it?

BLU VIVO XL stuck in boot loop

Hi

My Blu Vivo XL is stuck in a boot loop. It is running Android 5.1.

I have pressed the buttons to bring up the factory settings but It doesn't work, and continues to load the BLU screen then restart.

Is there a way using my computer or an any alternative methods as my local phone repair company are baffled too.

visit BLU Development Team Community on Google+ they will help you, and switching out your battery will NOT fix a bootloop.
