I have a Blu Vivo XL. The phone works fine, but the only reliable USB-C cable that works is the one that came with it. Unfortunately, it is only a 3 foot cable.
I have purchased usb-micro adapters to us on my longer cables, but they only worked for a short time before they needed to be wiggled and held in place to function.
I just received a set of four USB-C cables from Amazon. They all randomly seem to connect and disconnect at the phone port.
Through all this, the original cable functions properly.
Does anyone know what is so special about the port or cable so I can find a longer one which will work?
