Blue and Purple only in US?

Thanks. I just now realized after seeing that video that the camera area color goes with the phone. Can't believe I didn't notice that lol. Love it. On my deep sea blue note8 the camera area is black. Have to wait til I get phone in hand to compare to my blue note8 but from the looks of it in video I might like the ocean blue more than the deep sea blue.

Games like this is one of the reasons the 9 series fell far below sale expectations. You're asking consumers to shell out a grand or more but limit color options? Ridiculous.

I like the purple too ;] Since everyone wants the blue, it was easy to preorder the purple one!

If I get one (and I just might) it would be blue. I LOVE that distinctive yellow pen!

That being said, IF you don't mind paying a higher price and possibly have not all the LTE frequencies, you COULD import one of the other colors. It's also possible that eventually Samsung WILL bring other colors to the US.

This actually bodes well for the US. Because all of them have the "Galaxy Note 9" stamp, and they ONLY do this in the USA.... we may very well see all 4 colors eventually.

That's how I knew the blue was on its way. It was the only one of the 4 outside of the 2 the US initially offered that they sold here -- that had the stamp.

November 17th 2017 lol. I remember that date. I was happy as hell when I was able to finally buy the blue note8 finally lol. Now I'll have 2 blue notes 8 and 9 lol. I guess in long run the wait for me was kind of worth it since I was only charged for around $580 for it. That was after best buy $350 off. And I didn't want to add a line so I sent in the iPhone 7 plus 256gb version to Verizon and they credited my account for what I owed on it which was a little over $400 at the time. I was surprised no black. I figured they would give us all colors except copper and bring that later. It is what it is lol. Anyways sorry for the rambling. Haven't seen you in a while. Welcome back. Hope all is well.

I've been phone hopping a bit but always come back "home". that there is no hint of lag in regular use after all this time is huge for Samsung. I can't wait to hear what people have to say about the Note9.

The blue looks really nice in some unboxing videos, I had the Black Note 8 since launch but that blue...… nice

Yeeeeeeah. Still rocking the Note 8, the past year has been very good or so in that regard. I've been phone hopping a bit but always come back "home". that there is no hint of lag in regular use after all this time is huge for Samsung. I can't wait to hear what people have to say about the Note9.

I've been lucky to not have lag on the note 7(really don't count since I didn't have it long enough lol), or neither of my note8s. My note 5 would lag sometimes. Mine and my husband note8 have been awesome. No complaints. I'll be going back and forth between note8 and note9. Lol

They release with couple of colors to start with and get new colors in the next few months. Look out for another new color or two during holidays. It's more of marketing strategy to drive up interest few times by releasing new colors and getting some new coverage later in the cycle.
