Blue box moving up and down my screen and beeping what do I do?

On my Samsung Galaxy s6, I am on my lock screen and a blue box is going up and down my screen with beeping; my screen is unresponsive and I can't login to my phone to stop it what do I do?

On my Samsung Galaxy s6, I am on my lock screen and a blue box is going up and down my screen with beeping; my screen is unresponsive and I can't login to my phone to stop it what do I do?

All I had to do was swipe up to the notifications and press settings. It automatically went away and I could log in
