Blue light blinks and turns my phone on?

K so I have a galaxy note 4, Verizon (n910v). All of the sudden it's started doing this weird thing where I will have it sitting there in my pocket or lap and it will have a blue light blink on, and my phone turns on with it. No notifications or anything? I've searched all over the Web and I haven't found this problem. Maybe I'm not looking properly. Thanks for your help! Sorry if this is in the wrong area

Yahoo Mail has caused unexplained LED notifications in the past--do you have it installed?

Was it the Air Wakeup setting?

Yes, since it blinks with a blue led it just came to my mind as I use it too. But mine only works if my phone lies flat on a table, so no waking up when phone is in motion. Maybe verizon modded the feature to work in any condition when proximity sensor picks up a change.
