So I thought the note 9 had this badass camera.. Well with flash I'm getting a blue themed pic. It's annoying! No matter what the settings are. Anyone else getting this? Uggggg1545608797387.jpeg

That does not look normal. Is this true of all your flash pictures? I don't normally use a flash. I definitely wouldn't use it when taking a picture of a Xmas tree because it would wash out the lights but that doesn't look right even for a flash shot.

Like Mike, I wouldn't use a flash for the Christmas tree. However, I tried several ways and settings to recreate your blue pic on flash but to no avail. Check your lens is clean.

Do you have a case on? Some cases can cause a fair amount of glare from the flash (especially ones that have a silver or mirrorlike finish right around the camera module).

Following, I just discovered mine is doing this last night.

To be honest, I'm not to impressed with the camera on the note 9. I think the camera on the note 8 was better. I get more blurred pictures, sometimes there are long pauses between taking pictures, and I've had video pause intermittent while doing videos. Think we are getting to many extras in the camera that we don't need causing conflicts.

Just to show that it is possible to do ok with the flash, this was taken with my wife's N9. She does have a case on it, but it's clear, so any reflections by the flash wouldn't likely interfere with the color.PSX_20181223_115347.jpeg
