Phone Calls

I'm needing to see if anyone knows the answer to this I see all these weird numbers on my husband's phone and he swears it's not him dialing them. Why would those numbers be there? He is a man who hates talking on the phone I thought. Also a lot of the numbers have a+ sign before them .I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts.
