Blue tooth call history not in sync

Hi, my S9+ does not sync Bluetooth call history with my car. I had oneplus 3t and my wife's iPhone 6 and both of them had no issues with the same car. Already unpaired and paired again. Also cleared phone cache. None of the attempts worked.
Car is BMW 328i, 2013 year with iDrive.

Please advise
