Android Central Question

After I just updated the stock softwareof my Samsung Galaxy S9 to Android Pie - wherever I touch the screen, a transparent blue circle appears under and following my display touch.
Read many forums yet could not find a solution to remove this annoying feature.

NB: It keeps on showing and slows down my on-screen keyboard input so my typing jumps letters which completes my nightmare to impare my typing too.

It is NOT my Developer option "Show taps" enabled.

Please help!

Hello

Also updated my s9 to android 9 beta and had the exact same problem.
Contacted Samsung support and they asked me to restart the phone and eject the sim card and put it back. That didn't work.

Out of frustration, backed up my phone and reset it to factory settings.

When it restarted the problem was sorted. I don't think it's still the 9 pie beta anymore though.

Turn off ignore repeated touches and that should fix it.
