Bluetooh Problems on Note 4 requiring battery removal to re-sync

I have to turn off my Note 4 and unplug the battery for 30 seconds every few days to get it to connect to my bluetooth devices. Once I do this it connects flawlessly. Any thoughts on what I can do to fix? Samsung wants to repair and so I would be without my phone for several weeks which can't happen. I've already cleared my cache and done a factory reset (what a pain) with no apparent effect. Any thoughts would be appreciated including how to get Samsung to just replace an obviously defective device instead of depriving me of my phone for a few weeks.

Welcome to Android Central! How new is the device? Have you spoken to your wireless carrier? Sometimes they'll offer a replacement, instead of going through the manufacturer.

Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? Access Safe Mode - Samsung Galaxy Note® 4

Device is about 30 days old, and I have spoken to carrier (AT&T) who pushed me off to Samsung. I haven't tried Safe mode but did discover today that the bluetooth on/off switch locks up when I am unable to connect so it's like the bluetooth is in some sort of loop or something else is happening that is freezing the bluetooth functionality.

If Safe Mode does nothing and AT&T is turning their backs on you, then you probably just have to contact Samsung for a replacement. It really shouldn't be doing that.

That's what I thought but Samsung claims their warranty agreement says they will fix and not replace so they want me to give up my phone for a couple of weeks at a minimum. Never had these issues with Apple, they would just replace.

I'd lean on AT&T, then. If the first person tells you they won't replace it, escalate to a supervisor, and if that doesn't help, escalate to their supervisor. Tell them it's unreasonable to expect you to go without your phone for several weeks while they try to fix something in a phone that's only 1 month old.
