I've got an app, "Thrive", to control the settings on my hearing aids, both of them via Bluetooth.
Currently Bluetooth is failing to impress. Specifically the Bluetooth connection to the right HA is working but to the left is not. I will be going in to see the Audiologist next week. In the meantime is there something I should be trying to re-establish the Bluetooth connection to both HAs at the same time? I have reloaded the app and restarted the. But how do I erase the Bluetooth connection and start again?
