Bluetooth Audio Lag

Hi guys,

Has anyone noticed this? I just bought a Note 3 (Verizon) and have the Motorola S305 bluetooth headphones. When I use Netflix or YouTube I get a serious (300m+) lag between audio and video. I know this was an issue with 4.2 two years ago, but my phone shows 4.3 os.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Any fixes?

I'm ready to return the phone, this is driving me nuts.

Just tested mine connected to my LG Tone+ headset. No lag for me, tested on youtube.

If you still haven't found the solution it is because your Bluetooth headset does not support the aptx codec for Bluetooth. It reduces latency and increases sound quality. The reason Connert does not have the same issue is that the LG Tone+ supports aptx. You will probably just have to live with it unless you want to upgrade your headphones.

Good point, all Notes have aptx support. Aptx is gives higher SQ then non-aptx headphones
