I have the same issue, except the issue follows me to every bluetooth device I have ever used. It has even happened to just my mobile device while listening to music on it, if I get a text message and the notification sound plays, it cuts the audio of the music in half, and it will not go back to normal unless someone else texts me. I must be doing something wrong since this issue continues to follow me to every device. But the reason I am here is because sometimes I use my bluetooth speaker, the volume is fine...I'd say about 20-30% of the time. The rest of the time, the sound is way to quiet. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. If it's any consolation, every single last bluetooth device I have ever used, right up until my most recent one, and including pairing with other mobile devices than the one I currently have, I had never been able to get any bluetooth to work properly. I could never get them to pair. I'd hand it to a friend and the friend got it to work just fine, but as soon as they handed the device back to me, the bluetooth connection failed, or the music program stopped working, or the sound cut out...something would happen that would prevent me from utilizing any form of bluetooth anything ever. For whatever reason, my current bluetooth speaker does work for me, but not after a bunch of bad noise and extreme troubleshooting. I know that I am cursed and have terrible luck, but for f***s sake, even bluetooth? Idk...anybody know how to keep my bluetooth speaker from randomly changing volume? Now, you must understand that when it does play exceptionally quietly, I attempt to turn up the standard volume on my phone, the volume on the home screen, any other volume I can find, as well as manually turn up the volume on the bluetooth speaker, and none of that helps. Granted, it does increase in volume if it is able to (say, for example, if the mobile phone volume is not all the way up) be increased, but the maximum volume is nowhere near the maximum volume it should be. I did just have a thought; I could try to send myself a text message while the music is playing through the bluetooth and see if that helps my bluetooth speaker snap out of it's bashful quiet oath of 12" voices. But still, nobody should have to send themselves a text message just to hear their music at the proper volume. So any suggestions or repairs would be welcome.
P.S. the bluetooth speaker I am using now is brand-f***ing-new, so it's not the speaker. When using the AUX cable from my mobile device (LG Stylo 3), the volume is fine, and does not randomly set a ridiculously quiet maximum volume, so I hope all that helps you help me. Thanks in advance, folks. Sorry for the novel, I can't resist. I am a writer by trade.
