I upgraded to the S6 from the LG G3 and every time I had a Bluetooth device connected to my G3 It would show the battery level of my connected device in the status bar. When I connect the same Bluetooth devices to my S6 I get nothing in my status bar showing me the battery level how do I correct this? Thanks for any help.

Theres nothing you can do to correct it.
Samsung has either removed the capability or did not enable it with their overlay of touchwiz.
I had a similar experience with a Motorola headset. On my work iPhone it showed the battery level. On my HTC device no battery level. Same on my Note 3. So LG must have enabled the feature to see and display the battery level.

The Bluetooth device has to support the feature as well, otherwise it won't show it. For example:

My plantronics voyager edge and jabra stealth show the battery level on my S6 but my galaxy gear circle and level U's do not.

It's hit or miss.
